Luke had his surgery today at Primary Children's Hospital. Everything went great. They had a cancellation before us, so we didn't have to wait very long at all. We had to be there at 10:45 and we were home by 3:30. Not bad. Luke did great. Here are a few pictures of the day. The first two pictures are supposed to be last.

Just after the surgery. He just woke up and is kind of groggy.
In the recovery room he got to watch the movie, "Cars". His eyes were glued to the tv. They also gave him apple juice and an icee. He downed those after not being able to eat anything all day. Tonight he is doing great. You would never know he had surgery today.

I'm so glad things went well! It is so hard to have a baby need sugery.

Good job, Luke! I'm glad it all went well. Did being at PCMC bring back memories of mopping floors?
Little kids shouldn't have to be hooked to IVs and such. Its such a sad sight! Glad he's feeling better though

Being at Primary Children's did bring back memories. We ate lunch in the cafeteria and thought of you, Susan. They have changed it a little, though.
