Saturday, we went to the Mitchell family Christmas party. It was a lot of fun. The pictures are a little out of order, but that's okay. We started out with a late lunch. Then we opened presents, and then some of us went down to Temple Square.
Temple Square was fun, especially to spend time with cousins. Kaitlin, Heather, and I were the only ones that went from our family. Dave stayed to watch the BYU game with his Dad. That was fine with me, because Michelle could stay with him. It was pretty cold. The boys chose to stay with Dave, too.

And another group waiting. Front Runner only comes hourly on weekends, so if you miss it, you have to wait an hour for the next one. After Temple Square, we rode Trax back to the train station, and as Trax was pulling in, Front Runner was pulling out. We barely missed it. So, we rode back to Temple Square. By this time it was late enough that the buildings were locked up, so we walked around a little more, then headed back earlier to make sure we caught Front Runner. It was a fun adventure.
Dave's Mom and Dad are putting in their mission papers, so they gave all of the grandkids a stuffed animal for Christmas. Every time they go somewhere, they bring back a stuffed animal, and the grandkids love to play with them when they go to Grandma and Grandpa's house, so they gave all of the grandkids a stuffed animal to remember Grandma and Grandpa while they are on their mission.
